We don't have outfits like that in my world. Or at least not any that I've ever seen. It looks like it's made for desert climates, but the long slits in the skirt seem ill-efficient for dealing with the strong wind issues they tend to deal with due to the lack of trees and mountains. Why isn't it shorter to accommodate for that? Why is it gold instead of a stronger metal for the waistband? Why is it metal at all with the heat issues of the previously established climate? What is the purpose of the chains around the neck that aren't attached to anything?
